Do you count macros? I counted carbs for years, then started trying to count proteins. Maybe because I hate math but I do not enjoy it at all and pretty certain early humans didn’t count macros either. 🤪 While carnivore, I don’t count anything. I eat when I’m hungry and eat until I’m full. I’m eating mostly - eggs, butter, salt, steak, ground beef and bacon. BUT if you are carnivore and enjoy counting macros - go for it!
