I made Potato Hamburg Steak! 🍽️ Usually, Hamburg steak is served with mashed potatoes, but I mixed steamed potatoes into the patty mixture to make it extra soft and tender. I also added carrots, green onions, and onions, which balanced the flavors perfectly, making the dish light and not greasy at all.
