Apple Grilled Cheese 🔪4 slices sourdough bread 🔪2 TB unsalted butter, room temperature 🔪2 TBwhole grain mustard 🔪 4 oz cheddar cheese, thinly sliced 🔪1 apple, cored, 1/4” thick slices 🔪flakey sea salt, for garnish Step 1️⃣Spread one side of each slice of bread with butter.
