WALKING CAN BE JUST AS GOOD AS JOGGING !! Walking is less harmful to the body than jogging, it’s so much less stressful on the legs because jogging is a much higher impact sport. The Injury risk is lower because it’s more joint friendly and it’s the same if your walking indoors or outdoors. Walking is easier to maintain consistently where as jogging or running can cause burnout. I walk every day on my treadmill using an interval training program and I walk my dog for 3 to 4 miles again everyday
