Here’s a great exercise that will help you create space in your downswing by getting your weight to shift back/not move forward (as you drive back foot into the box) and push forward through your lead foot to allow your leg to straighten, hip to extend, torso to rotate, and force to travel up. We want extension in the golf swing we just don’t want it to happen to soon. Which is why I like this drill because you have to sync everything up.
