To help residents limit their use of the public water system, Henrico County is operating drive-thru water distribution sites at two locations. Residents can pick up bottled water – one case per car – at: Best Plaza, 1400 Best Plaza Drive Harvie Elementary School, 3401 Harvie Road Both sites will be open 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily until further notice.
